8,200-9,600 ft. in elevation, rolling Oak brush ridges, big Aspen plots from 10 acres to several hundred acres, willow draws, plenty of natural and manmade springs and reservoirs, lush open meadows, and the terrain is relatively easy to hunt!! Along with plenty of Big Rainbow Trout to enjoy in our 3 1/2 acre lake!! Hunting is done on foot. But your game can be retrieved by ATV or horse.

The Bowhunters will stay in a brand new bunkhouse with hot & cold running water and indoor shower. It is wired for you to bring a generator to power up the lights and outlets.

The Rifle hunters will stay in a 2-story cabin with all the modern conveniences; running water; electricity; hot shower; refrigerator etc. etc.

We’ve had this ranch leased since 1988!! We understand the Elk & Mule Deer movements!!

Camp # 2

The mountain hillsides climb from 7,800-9,200 feet in elevation. Mostly covered with tall heavy Oak brush with some scattered Aspen/ Douglas Fir covered benches, rims and hillsides. Nearby rugged canyons and mountainsides and huge stands of Ponderosa’s. Several springs, seeps & reservoirs. Plenty of steep ridges and draws to allow vantage points to hunt from. Put this all together and it means excellent habitat!! Adding this private parcel of land, with it’s comfortable bunkhouse, to the convenience of thousands of acres of the adjoining San Juan National Forest, presents you with endless opportunities!!

You’ll stay in a new 20’x28’ bunkhouse/cabin!! It’s well insulated and has efficient propane heat! Propane will also supply the 30” range; 30”x30” cast iron grill and the lighting! It is also wired to utilize a generator to run it’s light’s and outlets, for any added appliances or recharge any electrical components you might want to bring along!

We’ve been hunting this adjoining public land for over 25 Years!!  And have had this private parcel leased since the early 1990’s.                We know the area well!!
