There are literally thousands and thousands of acres on the San Juan National Forest and adjoining BLM lands that we are authorized with our commercial use permit, to Archery and Muzzleloader hunt!! You’ll stay in a brand new hi-tech MGPTS 18x36 tent! As with all our camps, it will be completely furnished and equipped. Ready for you to bring your personal belongings and let us show you where you should be huntin’!!

The terrain goes from Aspen covered mountainsides at 9,500 feet down through the Oak brush into the Ponderosa Pine’s all the way down into the Pinion/ Juniper forest at less than 7000 feet in elevation!! You could see every type of terrain imaginable, steep mountain hillsides, deep rugged canyons, flat rolling meadows, small easy to hunt ridges and draws!!

Lots of man made stock ponds and secluded springs attract a variety of wildlife!! We’ve been hunting this area for over 25 years- so we know it well!! We can do our best to suggest where to hunt to give you the best chance for success!! We will hunt where the game goes!! At this location we’ll run four 7-day hunts. And we’ll have 5-6 hunters per hunt.

About 2,000 Acres of PRIVATE LAND!!

7,800-7,500 feet in elevation, rolling valleys, draws, small rimrock canyons covered with Oak brush and Pinion/Cedar trees provides more cover and concealment than you can imagine!!! Surrounded on the west & south by farmland, and the east by public National Forest land. A few secluded reservoirs, added to all this making THE perfect habitat!!

With this perfect habitat the resident ELK herd has been increasing every year. AND THIS LOCATION IS RIGHT IN THE HEART OF THE DEER/ELK WINTERING GROUNDS!! As the seasons progress more and more game arrive!!

You can furnish deluxe accommodations with a motel suite that would include kitchen facilities and as many bedrooms you might need, in nearby Dolores, CO. Or bring your own camp or RV.
