The new 24x28 two-story cabin is sitting right on the rim of a big canyon, and is furnished with; hot & cold running water, indoor shower, electricity wired for a generator, which will power up the TV, DVD/VCR, DirecTV satellite; lights & outlets. It’s well insulated and has efficient propane heat.

The area is mostly covered with Ponderosa Pine and Oak Brush with pockets of Aspen. With several  rugged canyons going down off the Mountain. With their many secluded tributary side canyons all taking you into the Pinion/Juniper country. We’ve been improving the already excellent habitat, by building more reservoirs, making foodplots and fertilizing the existing natural vegetation. You should see wildlife AND spectacular scenery right from the front deck of the cabin!!

Camp # 6

This ranch can be hunted by itself for some true quality wall hanger Mule Deer.  You'll get the use of a brand new hunting cabin, in the valley.  Or it would be a great addition to our hunt at Camp #5, "The Ponderosa."

Especially for the combined Deer/Elk rifle seasons!!  Giving you superb opportunities at taking both your trophy Bull AND your trophy Muley!!

The heart of this property has Disappointment Creek  winding back & forth for miles and miles, among the Cottonwood trees. The creek bottom itself is 1/4 to 1/2 mile wide and filled with trees, willows, and lotsa brush..... making plenty of hiding spots for them trophy Mule Deer!!

There’s several other drainage's that also join into the main creek.

On either side of the creek & drainage's is pasture; alfalfa; grass; several ponds... plenty of feed. Which attracts them Good Bucks for miles... especially right during our rifle season’s, when most all the Deer are migrating down off the mountain to spend their winter months right here.

 It will be a great place to spend a morning or evening waiting for them Bucks to appear or to do good old fashioned organized Deer drives pushing them wily Bucks outta their hiding spots!!
